TODAY HIDDEN CHARMS RELEASE AA SINGLE “DREAMING OF ANOTHER GIRL” / “LONG WAY DOWN”

TODAY HIDDEN CHARMS RELEASE AA SINGLE “DREAMING OF ANOTHER GIRL” / “LONG WAY DOWN”

(B3SCI Records / Deltasonic Records)

Simple, rollicking guitar rock and Jagger-nodding showmanship rules the roost for these Londoners, their Dreaming  of Another Girl song giving indication of a nostalgia-ridden band on a mission. DIY Magazine

‘Long Way Down’ is buoyed by an Ennio Morricone-esque guitar line, with the raspy vocals set against some hard-as-nails work from the band. CLASH

With strained, characterful vocals that could be likened to any of rock and roll’s legends and danceability that comes from somewhere deeper than the electronic thuds we’re used to, Hidden Charms are welcome breath of whiskeyed cigarette smoke. Wonderland Magazine
